STYLSS Recipe 029: WD4D’s Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 – Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 – 14oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ Cup – Key Lime Juice (Nelly & Joe’s works well)
  • 3 – Egg Yolks (separate whites & save)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Brush pie crust w/ unused egg whites & bake for 10min or until golden brown.
  • Blend sweetened condensed milk w/ key lime juice & egg yolks until smooth.
  • Pour into pie crust & put back into oven w/ filling for 15min at 350 degrees.
  • Take out & let cool 30-45min (refrigerate when cool enough to touch w/ hands)
  • Break out some whip &/or ice cream, and cool out Key Lime style!
